Board Game Arena

I feel like the modifier cards (like +2, +4, ...), should only work when you already have number cards. For instance when I have a 3 and a +10, I should get 13 point. duh. But in the game I played I just played on here I had a +10 and a second chance. someone froze me, and i still got the 10 points....
