SFTP access no longer works

I've been off the developer mode for about 5 years. Finally decided to address all the issues with my game (Con Sonar!). Tried to login on the SFTP with the account info I had in my e-mail, but it fails. Here's the weird bit: if I enter a wrong username or password it says: Status: Access denied Err...
