What % of people use voice and/or video chat? Is it just amongst friends or strangers as well?

It used to be as a non-premium member i only had to wait 1/2 to 1 day for a game. Now it's been 2 to 3 days and Istill haven't got a game. Has everyone gone to areana mode?

There should be an option at the start.

Also should be able to filter on games that want chat and don't want chat besides the ad hoc restricting it to talkatie and friendly group.

Since this was ignored perhaps BGA admins think it's already priced fairly. What about a partnership with humble bundle? It would help with promoting the website as well as help charity.
