When an opponent concedes a game like Kingdomino right before the final 2 tiles are placed and the final total score is tallied, does this affect the winner's awarded points/stars, ranking, etc? And what do the stars do for a player?

How do you approve of player selected boards? Or even Smith keyboard to be voted on? I click on each individual card selection but then there's no okay or submit or I agree with button.
