I have played 3000+ games of Can't Stop here, and had more wins than losses, so I have 1500+ (at least) games where Arena gave me at least 3 points, usually much more. Because I went to a hospital for a week, several Can't Stop games were blown, and my reputation, which was 100%, is now in the gutter. I can't even explain to my opponents, because how bad my reputation is. How can I talk to a higher-up people to explain? Thank you.
