It is the meaning of the arrows which aren't clear. Do you have to put the cards in the order you just mentioned? Will the cards switch placed then? Or are the arrows symbols to what you wanna do with the cards? It appears to be the latter, but it leaves it up to the imagination of the (first-time) ...
