Personally, I pick Ecoline. It's just better than Phobolog in general, and its ability is definitely usable. Even with card draw, it might take a few gens to find good and playable space tags, so Phobolog is basically a gamble. Titanium prod can also be good for Ecoline to pay for space events if we...
