I believe you only get hummingbirds for a completed tile. Meaning that all colors of a tile you place are completed. Eg. You place a tile with 2 pink, 1 green, 1 water next to a tile with 2 green and 1 pink. You now completed both the pink and green fields with the minimum of 3. You get a bee for ea...
