Board Game Arena

Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I've just finished all my turns and got it showing nothing. My computer clock says exactly 8pm. I got my partner to take a turn in a 2p game around 8.12pm (so it'll be my turn again) and it's now 8.20pm and still showing no turns (BGA has been showing the 1 turn waiting icon ...

I feel like I'm missing something obvious, and I'm trying to give the new lobby screen a fair chance, but how do I create a game with offline players? The Start button only appears when they confirm, whereas using the old Play Now interface, I could still open the game but not start it until the off...
