Can we please have an option to have to confirm a move or undo a move, if it doesn't reveal hidden elements of the gamestate? I have some minor fine motor control issues that have on more than one occasion have let me with some seriously bad moves being registered.

Also, this system is absurdly easy to exploit for the cheaters that already multi-box for ELO...in fact just by playing the ELO boosting games they're also getting a karma boost.

Red thumbs don't mean anything, so don't worry about. In general though, I would imagine you are less likely to receive them if you at least greet your opponent(s) and say gg to them at the end. I am not saying total silence is wrong or red thumbing a silent opponent is right, but just my 2 cents. ...
