Thumbing down is fine, there's no need to track concessions. If I'm hammering someone in a game (or getting hammered) I have no problem with conceding. Playing a game is about everyone enjoying it; if your opponent is no-longer enjoying the game it's inconsiderate to force them to continue playing.

Some ELO break-outs would be great; even just one bracket for 2-player and another for everything else.
