The rules don't say anything in the case of a path that links to two exits. In my mind, if two exits are linked to a path, they are opened both. There are some posts about this in the suggestions forum. I've seen somewhere (but I don't remember where) that it is tough to add an expansion of a game. But I agree with you, it would be a great addition to have some expansions on RFTG!
