Re: VERDANT: Green house!

Seconding the "I miss Flanders". He was a special BGA tradition. Finding Flanders was that one-more-thing that made checking out the new game announcement just a smidge more enticing.

Suggestion: Award partial credit in ranked 3 and 4 player?

Consider awarding 1/5 a point in 3p (1/4pt in 4p) per correct number guessed. Reasoning: Some games you have deduced most of the code but only have a 50/50 shot at the last unknown number. In some of those you are also sure a later player (likely who has the number you have to coinflip) can guess 10...

Re: Link and Search By Designer

I did it here, using Uwe Rosenberg as the designer. The result shows just the 11 games published here on BGA: Well crud, I definitely should have re-re-read GTSchemer's first post closer - his link was already showing BGA's Uwe Rosenbergs. To prove the method works for anyone (and that I didn't jus...

Re: Link and Search By Designer

Dude.... We are on BoardGameArena not BoardGameGeek. I know how to search for designers on BGG I don't want to search for games on BGG I want to search for games that are available on BGA. The only helpful thing your very long post has provided is that list of games from BGA posted on BGG. Although...

Re: Link and Search By Designer

I also came here to ask for this. I would love to be able to pull up a game from a certain designer. Uwe Rosenberg as an example. There are several of his games on here. I am willing to help fill a database if necessary. Oddly enough it seems possible right now, but it is complicated: https://board...

Re: How do you see how many games in progress for each game?

If it's to see popular games, you have a filter on the game list : https://boardgamearena.com/gamelist?isPopular= I can't take a collection of pictures where it's not obvious what the tag "popular" is based on seriously. It seems to be the exact same list in the same order as the old one,...

Re: Game in Progress page update

Chiming in to see if information that's gone missing on the new 'gameinprogress' (GIP) is still out there, and I just don't know where to find it. Game setup options - e.g. turns/day, and game specifics like Agricola decks or Ark Nova maps Player experience with the game - e.g. Beginner, Strong Pla...

Hmm, I do see the point that each player's GIP page wasn't the best spot for this site-wide info. Is it still available somewhere else on BGA ?
