backgammon: no real time game possible anymore

Hi everybody I'm quite new here. I hope my question is not too stupid. The last days I always played BG in real time. Then somebody offered me a revenge that I accepted. This game was turn-based but we played in real-time. Since this game I can't open new games in real time any more. What am I doing...
