I've had this happen as well. Most of the time, I've been told that my rating is too high and they don't want to play against me.
I usually remind them to put a filter on the game to only allow the levels they want to play against.

I remember those early days. It's amazing to see how far it's come from then. I miss some of the games no longer on the site (Alhambra, etc.), but I remember thinking you did the right thing back when you sent out the letters to publishers. This looks amazing. So amazing that I almost backed it. My main issue is that not all the pledge levels get the stretch goals.
