Answering with good math would take me too long, but average math will do: you have 1clan, there is 7 clans. You draw. 1/7 chance to get the same. You draw again 1/7 to get the same. (Let not dig to much on cards already out, etc...) That's 1/7x1/7 probability. Around 1/50 games will start like that...
