Arena Mode Should Be Unavailable to Players with Bad Karma

Title says it all. Playing arena (and on here at all) is a privilege. I should never be matched with a player with 5% karma. Ideally, there should be moderation action against this obvious boosting pair, but that's asking for a lot I am sure. Just don't match me ever with players below 50% karma, ev...
