Timed a bit too short on time limit?

I think the timed mode for this might be a bit short on its time limit. Even playing in the 'slow' timed mode, we were constantly flagging on turns. This game has a lot going on, and especially has a lot of back and forth considerations for players; we might just need a little more time to do it all...
