Re: Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory!

I tried it during the alpha and didn't like it at all! I've played about 10 games in person, but online it loses that whole "political negotiation" atmosphere. That's an understandable complaint and I agree to an extent, but it sets up a lot quicker and you still have options for in-game ...

Re: Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory!

14,000 plays before making it through Beta. I'll bet it's running squeaky clean now! I liked to check the bug forum for progress on bug reports, and let me tell you the devs were crushing it. Thank you so much for your hard work to make this as good as it could be. I remember seeing someone ask for ...

Re: Watergate: Paranoia, Polyester, and Politics

Thank you to anyone who worked on bringing this here and out of Alpha. I bought the game after playing here and have introduced more than a few people to it.

Thoughts on the game?

I'm a huge fan of Hegemony and this game definitely piques my interest. Anyone that has played, does it feel incredibly thematic as you play? Do the choices make real-world sense? Thanks!

Re: Unable to play Love Letter as of today

The new one is fine. Plays well. I've played several games in Alpha. Maybe it would be helpful if the people who prefer the other version could elaborate on why that would be more helpful to you. Very obviously the old one had to be discontinued for legal reasons, so it doesn't seem helpful to put d...

Re: Shaphi ?

I agree the implementation plays well but I don't think BGA would allow the dev to skip the normal workflow. If you're an Alpha reviewer, make sure you give it your approval as that will help it get to Beta more quickly.

Re: Challengers! Beach Cup: sea, flags and fans

I'm so glad to see this on here! I love the way Challengers plays on BGA. This was my first chance trying the new game and I can already see a lot of different possibilities and metas. Looking forward to playing it more. Thank you!

That's actually a nice change. Thanks. I will probably not use it all the time, but it is fun to see something different.

Re: Twilight Imperium

I came here to see essentially this, and how Alpha is going. I have an async game going right now but I doubt I'll get 3 games in before this moves out of Alpha.

Re: Players quitting by taking the whole deck

Couldn't someone by accident actually win this way by making the most epic run of cards possible?
