I find the pairing system frustrating. I like Ark Nova but I am clearly not a good player despite playing plenty of games of Ark Nova on BGA. I am trying to setup a game of Ark Nova for 2+ players however once I have set all preferences it tells me that "Solo game is only available in friendly mode".
Any advice? I have tried to change the steup parameters to no avail.

Interestingly my email says increase from £27 to £33 however I just checked and I only pay £22.5 a year.

This would mean it's a 46.67% increase - this happy to pay but the email is wrong from the start.
