Four friends and I have been playing Puerto Rico with standard rules. 1. There are only 2 factories to purchase. 2. The price of the factories is 7 dubloons. Are these settings correct? Is there any way, when setting up the game, to change them? Also, games have so far ended due to lack of colonists...
