Is it possible to make the goods requirements highlight when cursor hovers? When I zoom in to see what goods are required for the next level, the image is blurry to my old eyes. Thanks.

if I'm using the 'Jousting Field' to build a residence, can I build on an occupied site whether it's a public building or one of my own?
