When I'm playing multiple games (which I always do) it's easy to forget to place a card each time into Scavengers. Also, Gambling World isn't working FYI, but I'm sure you k...

It doesn't appear that Galactic Scavengers start world is working properly. I buy worlds and developments and cards are not being stored in the card to be regained during the Produce phase.
