Re: Average turn count stat could be useful, especially in the games page.

Game stats are only visible to premium members. And whether or not there's any meaningful "turn number" stat, is game dependent. Even if there is something called "number of turns", for some games a turn is entirely done by a single player with no interference from the rest, for...

Re: Average turn count stat could be useful, especially in the games page.

And the thing is, the information is there. It’s not easy to get to, though. Let’s consider your example of Fairy Trails… 1. Go to the game’s page. There’s an info block showing you information about the game, like who the publisher is, who the dev is, etc. It also shows the number of games ever pl...

Average turn count stat could be useful, especially in the games page.

The current filter in the games page that lets you choose 'short', 'medium', or 'long' games works well when playing live, but playing turn-based is very different when it comes to game length. The time a turn-based game takes to play is more about the number of turns than about thinking time, and i...

Re: What happens if players draw on points?

Do you know what happens if that score difference is also a tie? Had that happen recently in a tourney, and we have no idea how it picked a winner. Coin flip?

See scores from previous episodes.

Is there any way to look at the scores from previous episodes while currently working on a campaign?

(Other than spending hours scrolling back through the game log?)

Re: Collaboration allowed?

In the spirit of the rules of this game: You may not actually show the card to other players, but you can say whatever you want. Other players have to decide if they can trust you. Table talk is part of the game.

Re: Choose menu together mechanics?

Okay. It's odd then that it doesn't let the other players know that they need to vote, so in a turn based match, the first player's timer runs to zero while everytone else doesn't know the game is waiting on them... :/

Choose menu together mechanics?

My group is trying to do the choose menu together option, but it is not at all clear how it works. One player has been asked to build a menu, but she can't do anything to 'finish' her turn (the hourglass stays on her and no one else. But it's also asking other players to vote? and change things? but...

Re: Inactivity Warning Notice

When you are using BGA, it's constantly communicating. Watching for other player's turns, checking the chat doobers, etc. If you don't interact with the page for a bit, it pauses all that to save BGA resources. No need to keep using traffic and power on a connection when the person has walked away. ...
