Is there a setting to disable the auto play that happens when I have only one possible card of the required suit?

I'm trying this game for the first time and there seems to be a problem with the French translation of the drone alone card.

Somebody mentioned that there is a tutorial available but I wasn't able to find it. Where should I look?
