The games I don't want to see are already NOT favorites.

I recently tried out a couple short games like Can't Stop, Super Mega Box. Now I'm seeing Tournaments and other references to them in my lobby or feed or whatever. Is there any way to turn off those things for games we're not interested in? Or does it just show those things for the last few games yo...

Me too. Stopped getting notifications maybe a week or so ago, after having it working fine for months.
