If not, why would users not create multiple accounts to influence the ELO rankings and arena in their favor and take multiple ranked spots?
Taking moderation actions beyond the moderationpolicy, against said users, would be unfair at that point.

Rather than giving Asmodee the debt, Embracer took out loans with Asmodee assets, took the money and said that Asmodee isn't part of Embracer anymore.

That is specifically for 'insult' reports, of which the majority or reports are.

ELO point losses are typically not reverted, but they will probably revert your karma loss automatically. Interestingly, you were actually correctly credited with your victory ELO, it is just that you got a -10 ELO too, for 'quitting' after the game had already ended. ... and couldn't start new game...

Also in regards to duplicate reports. In many cases a user may be reported multiple times for the same offense by multiple people, after it has been processed, 1 report will be 'guilty' while all other reports will be closed as 'not guilty'. I'm unsure if this was altered not to count toward the 5 '...
