I like Carcassonne specifically because it's so aggressive/interactive. Rage quitting and whiny opponents have a weak-minded mentality which prevents them from learning and getting better.

May I ask what rules did you choose to implement? I would very much recommend Zung Jung rules because they're easy, intuitive and still strategic enough for more serious gamers too. I'm not a reviewer btw.
