Hello, Simple idea; if a player isn't active / doesn't play any ranked games in a certain amount of time, their ELO should start to decrease. Many games / sites use this functionality. It's a good way to keep the leaderboards active and dynamic. Too often on this site people get onto the leaderboard...

Not the highest winning score, but two very high scores (highest combined score I've ever seen)
