+1 for the suggestion, I'd only add that the same feature may be enabled for suggesting players to play.. Either suggested players should be able to join the game even if they do not meet the requirements, or they should not be on the list of available players..

I would welcome a feature that whenever someone suggest me to play with him and it's a player with whom I already played with and gave him a thumbs-up, it would be seen right in the suggestion message.
