I guess it is because the age III event "Impact of Happiness",

and you have 2 discontent workers,

so you lose 2*2=4 points.

I have multimedia with Einstein, but it just calculates the points of multimedia itself and ignores the effect of Einstein when I finish Internet.
I think it is a bug because it is written clearly in rule book.

As title, Khan's 3 points shouldn't include in culture rating because the card says "At the end of your turn, score 3 culture if yours is one of the two strongest civilizations." So, it is obvious that Khan's 3 points is different from culture rating, which may influence such as the event ...
