Attempting to use Bosporus Trader skill but the game warns me I can’t. I have the cattle and the silver. As best as I can tell I have to have the cattle in a stable. Any attempt to place the cattle in the stable on the board fails. Anyone else get the stable to work for them?

Turn order is being resolved incorrectly. Turns are supposed to go clockwise around the map and your neighbors are supposed to be the neighbors on map. Right now turn order is being determined randomly without any relation to the board and neighbors are not based on map position.
