How would you rank the characters in Pandemic (2nd Edition)? For 4 players, I'd say:

S: Researcher
A: Dispatcher, Medic, Quarantine Specialist
B: Operations Expert, Contingency Planner
C: Scientist
D: None!

For me, "facing" is pretty infamously hard. If someone makes a clue that makes no sense and facing is there I usually guess facing haha

Most balanced settings for a future Arena mode should probably be 9 players + Hunter + Thief. It's probably the most balanced setting in general and uses the 2 most popular characters.
