I too am looking to buy a hard copy of this game. It looks like licensing games to sites like BGA can be a good business decision for publishers.

I do not think it is possible to have more than 12 tools. In the physical copy of the game, there are tool tiles. One type of tile has a 1 on one side and a 2 on the other, and the second type of tile has a 3 on one side and a 4 on the other. I don't have the rules with me, but I think the most you ...
