How do I even start a normal turn-based game anymore?

I play Through the Ages, and it implements "Undo" just fine. It even has a "Whoa! Are you sure you want to do this?" feature to give you a second chance before finishing a turn that will go badly. Tzolk'in has no undo, so a mis-click or an "oops" destroys the game for e...
