Playing a game on the Portugal map and I build a one hex long track from one city to the next. This track was removed at the end of the round as an incomplete link?

I looked at the special rules for Portugal and I don't see anything that would would change the track rules.

Unfortunately, where there is online Tichu, there is cheating. Best way to avoid this is to always play with people you know or insist on random partners instead of allowing cheaters to play together. This has been a problem on BSW for years and many people know who to avoid. Other online Tichu site...
