maybe a base elo of 3 per mission completed
- 1 per attempt after the first one
+ 1 if 5 players
+ 1 if later mission (maybe 30+?)

Looks really good but maybe everything could be smaller on the screen so less scrolling required?
Also would like to choose ingredients to fill the flask if there are extras or be able to swap them.
