plasma Cannon has a bug

Plasma Cannon card is buggy. Seems after researching it has issues understanding three jumps being awarded for use of the tech. Error breakdown: Select the action on Plasma cannon. You correctly receive the lvl3 ship. then it offers a selection of ship to jump. Top banner says, make 3 jumps or somet...
