Re: Game in Progress page update
I despise the new games in progress page. Please change it back, Back when Sour Dessert was running the show there was always an attitude about changes that "we're right and you're wrong". Please don't tell me that attitude is still prevailing.

Re: Comments on the beta implementation
+1 on showing the players' hole cards at showdown. I've just joined two games after hearing Holdem was available, but I don't think I'll be joining any more until I see that this crucial piece of information (that one expects to see as routine at places like Poker Stars) is included. Showing giant c...

Can't get the interface to accept my clue
I'm using the laptop I use to do all my BGA gaming and it's working fine with other games today but I signed up for a couple games of Haiclue and can't get either one to submit a clue. I can click on one of the 15 candidate words for clues and it moves up and is surrounded by 4 plus signs but the pl...

Re: Friendly Mode Frustration
Speaking of the Play Now page, i used to have it set at a default of Simple-Turn Based - Manual. Then I was out for a few months and now I'm having to reset each one of those preferences each doggone time I search for game offerings... even if the last time I looked was a few minutes ago. How can I ...

Re: ShyChat: No more shy when playing on BGA thanks to OpenAI
It WAS an early announcement,,,about 18-24 hours before BGA customarily posts its annual April Fool's Day joke. If you were to go back and comb through past Fool's Day threads, i bet you could count on one hand the number of replies that complained about the Joke being posted late. This year...you'd...

Re: ShyChat: No more shy when playing on BGA thanks to OpenAI
When I activated ShyChat, I was given the options "SaltyChat", "FlirtyChat", and "MonosyllabicChat". Can you explain a little more about these options please? I had issues with the "BlabberChat" feature coming pre-selected. It has caused my hole cards to be d...

Re: Can the BGA software handle 24 cubes in the Stack Box?
Fwiw, I found a less-flashy and lower-points path... but one that also got the job done a little quicker....and didn't "trouble" the stack box. But I did peruse a few games from other BGA members and found one in which a player played an exchange card with multiplier that put 16 cubes in h...

Can the BGA software handle 24 cubes in the Stack Box?
I'm diagramming a future line of play and envision a situation in which my stack starts with 10 spices in the box. I play 7 of these cubes to produce 21 new ones and plan on discarding 14 of them to get back to 10. When I look at the box, it looks like there's room in there for only about 15 cubes. ...

Re: Are cheatsheets cheating?
By the way if your username (Roll) is Megaman-related, that's really cool. When I signed up to BGA, I wanted to pick a name that reflected my personal history with board games. While playing family-favorite Hotels (cousin of Monopoly), my sister and niece were famous for just gently nudging the dic...
