To have change logs somebody needs to write change logs...

If you can see what is clearly a bug and you even have a BGG thread to appeal with - just create a bug at https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=1384. Forums are not a good place for that

I would recommend to post questions about the game at this game's players group, not at a public forums page. Especially a rules related question

Another good related question: if the developer haven't yet posted anything about the alpha game at the alpha forums, is it ok to post anything about the game? Maybe the developer didn't want to announce it publicly yet...
