Just did a game where everyone achieved their objective, and escaped, so it was a tie for victory. But on game stats it does not count as a victory. Also elo barely changed. Everyone with lower elo went up a few points. The highest player got zero. Given how hard it is for everyone to win this game...

No, this is not supposed to be like this. There should be some code and comments

Just open the Available Licenses list, find a game you like and code. That's how most of us started (I guess)

I don't think there is such thing as private beta. Usually it's private alpha, then public alpha and then beta which is available for all players on the platform. Anyway, I would say you need to send an email to publishers@boardgamearena.com to get the answer to that.
