PS: Found it. Points from the Scientists guild are displayed in purple (guild) category - it isn't ideal IMHO, but the total score is correct.

Interestingly enough, in case of two wildcards indeed there seems to be a bug. Specifically in https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=714104841 At the end of the game the science combination is 4/2/1 and 2 wildcards. Applying wildcards to make it 5/2/2 would lead to 47 points. Applying them as 6/2/1...
