What is needed to take it to beta? I've played more than 50 games I haven't noticed a single bug.

3 AIs
4 UFOs
4 Teenagers
4 Necromancers
3 Vampires

And yes this is technically possible to get this deck, I leave the puzzle of how to you.
It is still not unbeatable as just one or two holograms destroy it

Great game needs more players or beta

How about, after each match, allowing to see the "public" cards in all players' decks (i.e. those that have been revealed)? This is a great idea! BGA and especially arena are competitive formats, this shouldn't be too hard to implement and even if publisher initially thought this is best,...

There are no worst cards, because the "worse" cards gets better, because fewer people pick them, it balances itself.
As for least amount of presence in deck that do well I'd say Clown or Reporter, but they also have their use.

You can just wait with not clicking the finish and scout. And yeah scouting looks very much intended as it makes the game much more strategic.

Honestly 4P has become my favorite player count for this game as you can play a lot and scout a lot.
My only wish would be so the other games are public. Makes it a bit more entertaining in 4 player.
