Simple lobby is close to this. You can choose to start multiple games and whichever fills first will start. Not random, but as close as you can with how BGA is currently set up.

As an aid to testing, can you confirm what the playing hours for your tournament should be? I'm in UTC+1100, the playing hours it shows to me are 09:0...

Another note: I don’t think it’s possible to create fast turn-based table on mobile (or at least iPhone in Chrome). I am talking about games where I specifically picked fast turn based, not in progress games. I didn’t invite people but they may not have read the description of the time limit regardless.
