Unexpanded Tokaido gets boring fast. I never play without Crossroads and new encounters nowadays. Matsuri would expand on that.

Tokaido is a relatively popular and fun game. Tokaido Matsuri would make it "superfun and superpopular". Maybe "someday" is beginning of 2019?

Takenoko Chibis and Tokaido Matsuri
Especially Tokaido Matsuri, would be a really fun expansion for an already popular Tokaido.
