Where is the interface to the time jokers?

Hello, I swear it used to be staring me in the face and now I can't find it. I've tried looking on the login page, my profile, everywhere that seemed obvious to me. I'm not a dummy, but I sure feel like one, and a frustrated one at that.

I'm venting my frustration here. I find the fact that there is no undo in the interface in this game to be infuriating. I was able to mostly adapt to the one for Keyflower (though I'd appreciate an undo there), but for Troyes, I keep making "multilevel" mistakes, where I start an action, a...
