In the case where a tournament game reaches the "game maximum duration", who is declared the winner? I figured it would be the player who has the most time remaining on their clock (or who is the least into negative time), but I cannot seem to find any official place which states this.

Also, wow, I'm amazed that hours later I am still unable to view replays. How long does this last?
