The big difference is everyone sees you taking a paper and your playmates have a choice to allow or disallow that use during the game. Then you had Gizah, Halikarnassos, Gizah, and Babylon after that.

Randomness does not mean that highly improbable situations (like 6 Ephesos in a row) cannot happen.
