Can I discard the just one more card, so I'm not forced to stay?

I pretend the room is opened, and that runner is the last zombie in the room.
Just want to know if I win asap, or runner will perform all his 2 actions and kill him.

Just need luck to get 1s and 2s.
I won a game with 16 cards,while opponent only have 3 cards but -24 points.

When at zombie phase, do I win as soon as runner comes out, or lose because runner will attack first?
