If you set it to 10 to 22 in germany, the other players will be bound to your timezone and you'll have mostly european players.
The clock doesn't tick during the "night", which is the period outside the interval.

I'm not a reviewer so I can't check the current implementation.
Is the Lux & Tenebrae extension already included ? If not, is there a plan to include it in the future ?
