Board Game Arena

I am still seeing "restricted." Is everybody restricted or is it only some? I'm confused by the replies I read.

I have noticed something called Wonder ID in the final scoring listed out in 7 Wonders. I'm not sure what this is. I can see that I have earned points for it...but have no idea how I did it since I don't know what it is. Help anyone?
